How To Store
Keep the cake in the fridge covered and allow 15 to 30 minutes for the cake to come bake to room temperature before serving. Cakes with fillings, fruit included or cream cheese must be refrigerated at all times unless it is being eaten. Cakes with edible images must be stored in the fridge until serving time! If left out the fridge for too long edible images can sweat which leads to peeling or cracking.
Cakes and cupcakes with fresh fruit fillings and Banana pudding must be consumed within 24-48 hours and refrigerated at all times!
High humidity levels & hot indoor/ outdoor weather can melt your cake which will cause damage to the structure. So having the A/C on during travel unless it’s cold/winter.
(It’s highly recommend having the A/C on at all times)
NOTE: All metallic sprinkles, Rose Gold/Gold Drip(nontoxic), light up balls, Dried Floral, Fresh Floral, Acrylic/Card Stock Custom Toppers and decorative items are not to be consumed. Tips For Transporting Your Cake & Cupcakes
Bring an enclosed, air conditioned vehicle with a leveled surface space available such as the front seat floor, backseat floor or a truck/SUV trunk. (laps and seats are NOT leveled surfaces)
NOTE: SUV’s are perfect for transporting cakes! Clear the level space of anything that can roll or smash your order. Keep cakes/cupcakes as cold as possible & away from direct sunlight or heat.
Periods of time of cakes / cupcakes being room temperature, outdoors or in a non air conditioned vehicle can lead to buttercream melting, damaging to the structure, quality and stability of your order.
